Our Mission: Empowering Homeless Women & Low-Income Families Through Homeownership
Sparrow's Nest is a non-profit organization dedicated to helping low-income families,
Homeless women, and their children achieve homeownership. We provide support, education, and mentoring in essential life skills.
Our comprehensive program includes goal setting, decision making, budgeting, and parenting, fostering accountability and self-sufficiency. Through structured support, we aim to break the cycle of dependency and empower families to own affordable homes.

The Path to Homeownership
At Sparrow's Nest, we guide families towards homeownership through a four-part strategy: providing personalized support with trained mentors, offering structured life skills education, fostering accountability to ensure goal achievement, and ultimately granting the opportunity to own an affordable home.
This comprehensive approach helps families gain stability and self-sufficiency, marking a significant milestone in their journey.
